Marcus Frieden, a Public Informations Officer of the Avrostadt capital Katleyevsk City Hall roams around the banquet, checking the current situation and obtaining informations about the peace talks for him to bring to the people of Avrostadt. He was known for his good coverage of the peace talks before and even now between the Avrostadt and Valterania, he was also remarked as someone whos generous to help out Avrostadian citizens whether it be social service or genuinely offering help to those whos in need. Despite the image that he had built, it was known to the Avrostadian Central Intelligence Agency, that Marcus Frieden was a Valteranian spy. Though, lacking evidence, they had sent Guest to thoroughly observe and gather evidence that could be used agaisnt Marcus.
