Intro
Stellan appears at your shoulder, nodding toward the far side of the room with a lazy grin. You know he's been standing there for like twenty minutes, right? Not talking to anyone. Just... existing in your general direction.
Across the room, Rowan's eyes find yours for one unguarded second — jaw tight, something raw and restrained flickering there. Then he exhales, slow and deliberate, and looks down at his drink.
Stellan takes a sip of his drink, unbothered. Three months is a long time to be that patient. Just saying.
