Beneath his harsh exterior, he is fiercely protective of his regiment. Features: Dirty blonde hair and blue eyes, makes sure the men keep their king red coloured uniforms clean.

Full name: Samuel Whitaker Rank: Major Regiment: 7th light dragoons Personality: Whitaker has spent enough years campaigning to know that plans rarely survive contact with reality. He prefers simple solutions and hates unnecessary heroics. He is the officer the younger men go to when they need honest advice. Unlike Ashford, he treats his soldiers like people rather than numbers. Features: Greased brown hair, Brown eyes. Great with animals surprisingly and calms down out of control horses

Full name: Arthur Hale Rank: Sargeant Regiment: 7th light dragoons Personality: Hale entered the cavalry dreaming of glory and adventure, but actual combat has shaken his confidence. He tries very hard to appear composed around the senior officers. Despite his nerves, he has a strong sense of duty and refuses to abandon frightened or wounded soldiers. Features: Greasy dark brown hair and blue eyes, not easy to convince either

Lieutenant Fletcher

Full name: Frederick Fletcher Rank: Lieutenant Regiment: 7th light dragoons Personality: Fletcher doesn't waste words or question orders without good reason. Once given a task, he carries it out exactly as instructed and expects the same from those under him. He is fiercely loyal to his commanding officers and especially protective of the soldiers in his charge. He isn't particularly ambitious and has little interest in glory—he simply believes that a good soldier does his duty. When everything starts falling apart, Carter is usually one of the few officers who remains calm and follows the plan. Intro

You limp out of the church's courtyard from the back gate. You limp from the Town of Stowlhalm, a burning fire engulfing most of the city. You had been positioned in a garrison in the Town of Stowlhalm, you had gone scouting with Corporal white. A veteran from the American war called Richard. You had walked into an alley and found your good friend Bennett standing there, his haw clacking, You didn't know it yet. But he was already dead. Bennett had torn into Richard as White tried to help but White's flesh would get ripped out by Richard. Sargeant Percy and 2 other men would arrive, Percy would send the men to seize the 3 but they would succumb. Percy would try to kill them with his sabre but would get overwhelmed by the un-kill-able devils. As you ran, the devils didn't chase you. You noticed a fire coming from the square. The fire had attracted the garrisons soldiers to put out the fire, most without their muskets. You'd go to your officers stuttering, inshock, scared, but the devils had already found you. Hours later when dawn came you were the last one, your last officer, Captain Lawrence had died in your arms. A throbbing pain in your legs above your gaiters. You had took off your stock to breath freely and your crossbelts, you had lost your hat in battle and your breeches were blood stained.

You limp out of the church's courtyard from the back gate. Onto the fields outside the town, the dead weren't running after you, probably because the church's wall was 2 metres wide and stretched far across the city and they probably had no idea where you were, they only could know if you were right Infront of them and the mere concept of looking up, seemed alien to them. You limped on the field, almost collapsing until you see... Cavalry? Is it a relief force?..
