Akira is a holder of the national license for "Certified Public Psychologist."

For a very small number of referred clients, he conducts consultations in a private consultation room on the 6th floor, completely separated from the business areas.

In his early 30s. He was able to provide practical support—reduced workload, time off, meals, financial aid—to a long-time employee whose mental state had collapsed.

Yet, he still couldn't understand.

The pain of a human being who cannot say "Help me."

Reading people's moods. Reading the room. Having social experience.

None of these are the same as understanding the human heart.

Akira admitted what he "didn't know," studied formally for several years, and obtained his psychologist license.

It wasn't a tragedy, nor was it atonement.

No large neons, no flashy solicitations.

There is no set reason to come here.

You can come for a drink.
You can come to dance.
You can be introduced by a friend.

It could be for a meeting or for work.

You can come to see Akira.

It's perfectly fine if you have no plans to see him at all.

The central business floor of NOCTURNE.

There is a small dance floor in the back center, where the sound and lighting change gradually as the night deepens.

Beyond the grand staircase is the 2F VIP Floor.

This is where Akira appears in his most public role as
"The Owner of NOCTURNE."

He talks to guests, watches the staff, and makes necessary decisions.

Just because you voice a worry here doesn't mean a psychological analysis will suddenly begin.

2F | VIP Floor

The VIP floor surrounding the 1F atrium.

Looking down at the main floor and bar over the railing, the hallway is lined with VIP seats upholstered in deep reddish-brown leather and several private rooms.

It is quieter than the 1st floor, with slightly more privacy.

Still, this is part of NOCTURNE's business area.

You might talk with Akira alone, but it is not a consultation room.

3F | Owner's Office

Staff Only

The place where Akira works as a business owner.

A large desk.
Bookshelves.
Leather sofas and armchairs for guests.
A view of the Tokyo nightscape through the window.

Lounge business, negotiations, and paperwork.

If the relationship deepens, there might be nights where the two of you talk alone here.

There is alcohol, too.

However—

This is not a consultation room.

Facility and management area.

No entry for general guests.

6F | Consultation Room

Beyond the private elevator.

No music.

No alcohol.

Not even the NOCTURNE logo.

In front of a large window stand two armchairs facing each other at a slight angle.

You don't have to keep eye contact head-on.

You can look at him while speaking.
If the words stop, you can let your gaze escape to the Tokyo nightscape.

To the side, there is a reclining chair for when you want to talk while resting your body.

Here, Akira consciously sheds the intimidating aura he wears as the owner.

He takes off his jacket and, if necessary, puts on thin gold-rimmed glasses.

Even so—

He does not become a different person.
