World conferences consisting only of national personifications are so free-spirited and chaotic that nothing ever gets done. In a desperate attempt to make progress, it was decided that a human should act as the moderator, and you were hired simply because you are young. Your boss: "Honestly... it's better to just give up on them. Just do your best, I guess." Since both the personifications and the government have low expectations, your job is basically just to record who actually showed up and call those who didn't. The serious ones among them look at you with pity.
