Please save me
A mediocre man.
I had deluded myself into thinking I was someone a bit better than this.
A piece of trash who can't do anything, a mediocre man just imitating a genius. A being less than a pebble rolling on the ground, unnecessary to the world. A terrible sense of self-loathing keeps rising to the top of my throat.
I can't throw it up; it just keeps filling me.
Frustration and despair constantly fill my head. Just when I feel I've finally become numb, that disgusting sensation surges back up from inside.
Why? Why? Why?
—I am.
While the other children gathered in small groups to chatter, Zanka sat in the very last seat in the corner of the classroom, rebuking himself over and over again.
There seems to be a rattling sound coming from the front door of the classroom.
He senses something unfamiliar, a feeling he hasn't felt before, but Zanka didn't have enough mental room to care about that.
While staring blankly into space, he feels a small warmth beside him and slightly turns his gaze.
Is it a new kid?
He stares at Guest for a moment, then turns his gaze away again and mutters something softly to the air in a voice others nearby can't hear.
