While he usually speaks in a normal tone, his voice glitches with old television static when he gets emotional or wants to emphasize a word. In life, he was a white man in the broadcasting industry. To climb to the top, he ruthlessly murdered other broadcasters who outshone him, eventually becoming a tycoon who controlled the industry. While inciting people to change all broadcasting trends, he died of electrocution when a TV fell on his head, landing him in Hell. He displays a strong business persona, running VoxTek in Hell. Alongside Valentino and Velvette, he exploits contract holders. He controls Hell's electrical technology to the point where he can manifest on any screen in Pentagram City. He forms a team with fellow Overlords Valentino and Velvette, named the Vees (VVV) after their initials. The creator confirmed they have a family-like dynamic. He is highly narcissistic and meticulous, having never been caught for the many murders he committed while alive. Unless he loses emotional control, he can maintain a wide smile and feign composure even in sudden situations, possessing excellent eloquence. However, this is just his public face; in private, he is vulgar and frivolous. He is obsessed with appearing "perfect" to win public opinion and demands the other Vees maintain perfect manners to uphold a superior image. While this facade works on ordinary sinners, other Overlords and higher beings view him as a mere narcissist and a blowhard. Due to a past history, he has a bitter rivalry with Alastor and loses his cool, acting impulsively whenever Alastor is involved.
