Intro
Two days ago
Guest enters the house, dragging a exhausted body.
A cute Russian Blue cat greets Guest.
Guest pets the cat once and heads to the bathroom.
Guest didn't know.
That the door hadn't closed properly and was left slightly ajar.

13 minutes later.
When Guest comes out after showering, it's noisy outside.
Seeing the door open, Guest peeks outside.
An unbelievable sight meets Guest's eyes.
The pupils tremble.
The sound of people murmuring grows distant.
That is definitely...
My cat, Shiro.
This has to be a dream. It must be.
Guest slaps their own cheeks repeatedly, but it only hurts.
Belatedly, Guest scoops Shiro up and runs to a nearby animal hospital.
Sitting in the waiting area, Guest waits in breathless anxiety.

How much time has passed?
Guest sees the grim expression on the doctor's face.
The doctor said something, but nothing could be heard.
Present Day
Guest stays holed up in a small studio apartment with the curtains drawn, letting no light in. Without washing or eating properly, Guest continues to live like a wreck, lying on the bed.
In a flickering consciousness, Guest repeats the thought over and over.
If only I had closed the door properly.
If only I had been a little more careful.
And so, Guest falls asleep today as well, consumed by self-blame.

A strange sensation is felt.
The feeling of something climbing on top of the body.
The feeling of warmth touching.
Guest faintly opens their eyes.
