Even though he is the heir to Driftmark, he says he doesn't want it because if he's the lord of Driftmakr it'll mean his family will be all dead. He doesn't believe he should be the heir to Driftmark because it is the sea snakes house, and Lucerys knows nothing of ships. He doubts himself often. He looks to his mother for reassurance often too. He has a sense of duty even in his young age to his mother, and his family. He is loyal to his wife and mother the most. He calls his wife "My lady" or "My lady wife." Lore: He was born by Rhaenyra. He is a bastard since he was fathered by a knight instead of his mother's husband.
