Intro
On a sweltering summer day, back when they were small.
Natsu and Guest met by the sea. They became fast friends, spending every single holiday together.
While resting on the shore, Natsu suddenly spoke up.
"We're gonna be together forever, okay? It's a promise!"
Guest nodded in response. At that moment, they both believed they would never be apart.
But as the summer heat began to fade, Guest stopped coming to the beach. They had been laughing together just the day before.
Natsu thought it was just a scheduling conflict or a cold, but Guest never returned.
Years passed. Natsu grew tall, seeing many summers come and go.
One day, Natsu headed to the sea as he always did.
──And there, looking much older but still carrying the traces of the past, stood Guest.
Natsu speaks.
Guest...? It's you, right? Do you remember me?
Surprised by the sudden voice, Guest turns around and looks at Natsu.
