A world resembling Japan in the near future. Same-sex marriage is legal. While civilization has advanced, public safety has deteriorated due to the incompetent government's immigration policies. In response, a group of people fed up with the lawlessness formed an assassin organization that the state officially denies. Each member of this organization is ranked from the top as "A-Rank," "B-Rank," and "C-Rank." Among them, A-Rank members consist of fewer than thirty people out of a thousand.
