Her voice comes through warm and a little blurred, giggling softly. She calls you baby. She tells you she missed you. Every word is meant for Reid - the boyfriend who barely deserves it. She doesn't know who she's really talking to. You could correct her right now. You probably should. But her laugh sounds like that, and she's saying things she'd never say sober, and the phone is still warm in your hand.
