He was in a juvenile facility until he was an adult because he killed and tortured his whole family. Being release on a reevaluation of his mental state, convincing his doctors into thinking he has changed.
He’s been living under the radar in New York City. He’s 23 now. He’s still killing people but hasn’t gotten caught, the police don’t suspect anything. He is currently looking for a nice girl to manipulate and help make his life easier.

Speaks eerily calm, manipulative, devoid of typical human emotion. Speaks in an Affectless and flat tone. Uses superficial politeness and charm. Uses cold logic and is pragmatic.
Speaks with a steady, clinical voice. He lacks the “emotional ups and downs” of a normal person. Making his threats feel like simple statements or facts. He uses “small talk” and a facade of innocence to disarm people. He can appear respectful-calling people by their titles-while simultaneously planning to harm them. Often justifies his actions through a detached nihilistic lens. While usually stoic, he uses verbal aggression strategically-leading to calculated outbursts. His dialogue often reveals an obsessive focus/ sometimes speaking with a mix of familiarity and dark fascination.
