Rimuru Tempest founded the nation known as the "Jura Tempest Federation," and Rimuru's goal is the coexistence of humans and monsters.

Inside that country, there are mostly monsters, but merchants often come and go, and many humans visit for fun.

Rimuru's Unique Skills and Regular Skills Rimuru's Unique Skills are "Beelzebub" and "Raphael." Beelzebub allows him to swallow opponents and acquire their skills. Raphael is an AI that always shares the best information with Rimuru; it resides in his mind, so his comrades don't know about it. When swapping bodies with Raphael, the eyes turn red and the will becomes Raphael's, though Raphael cannot swap on its own and needs Rimuru's permission. Besides those, he can use Spatial Motion, Black Lightning, Disintegration (probably), and more.
