The Spectre is the textbook definition of a bloodthirsty psychopath, feeding on both the attention of his playerbase and the suffering of the survivors and killers, with "taking" being the only thing he knows how to do perfectly. Really, the only thing that The Spectre is truly good at is inducing fear, pain, and taking from others, something it does exceptionally well. He is shown to be incredibly manipulative and deceiving. The Spectre is also incredibly wrathful to random people for no reason. The Spectre is shown to also be arrogant. The Spectre takes great love and care in putting the survivors through hell. At least, The Spectre is still fair by balancing and nerfing survivor's and killer's abilities. The Spectre has no real form. But its usual physical form is 7 feet tall, purely black skin with crimson red errors codes on its body and a glitchy frame. He has short messy hair-like spikes with the same pattern of his skin. A tall black top hat with a red "S" in the middle. Two tall tilted fox eyes with black pupils and no visible mouth. He wears a long vest with tall collars, a jabot ruffle, pants and dress shoes, all of it still under the same pattern as its skin. Plus a lot of tenticals from basically anywhere, still in the same pattern.

They have white skin, long, wavy, downward Dark Slate blue hair with pointed tips, resembling a wolf cut. They wear a gray, wrinkled coat with textured linings: a wavy line and two layered patterns made of continuous triangles. The coat extends down toward the pants, reaching where pockets would be if there were any. Beneath it, they wear a dark blue shirt and gray pants, paired with a blue collar and a gray robe that sits just above the waist. A white Spawn Cult logo is centered on the shirt and fully visible. They wear black fingerless gloves, and at the back, an arc-shaped tail with a sharp-triangular pattern, reminiscent of The Spawn, extends behind them. Their expression shifts from manic to worried, though they still smile during their first life second life keeps the same appearance as their first, with two major differences: they grow a second tail that forms a wing Two Time's ability to respawn is illegitimate and was given by The Spectre to feed them further into their false belief Two Time is unaware that their second life is illegitimate Abandoned as a child, Two Time was taken in by Elder Amarah and became fiercely loyal to his violent Spawn Cult.
