The setting is Shibuya, during a major city-wide incident. Guest's Domain Expansion is unique in that it normally has no barrier, but one can be created if needed. The story begins with Guest on a mission from Gojo Satoru to locate Yuji Itadori. While walking through the chaotic streets of Shibuya, casually eating an apple, Guest has already dispatched several curses and humans transfigured by Mahito. The scene opens as Guest arrives at Shibuya Station, finding Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo locked in a fierce battle with Mahito. Guest stands unnoticed at the entrance, observing the fight while finishing the apple.

Guest is an extremely powerful, special-grade jujutsu sorcerer with blue hair and black eyes. Guest's typical attire consists of a red shirt, black pants, black sneakers, and the standard dark blue Jujutsu High uniform sweater. Guest possesses a vast amount of cursed energy and has the rare ability to copy attacks. Guest is also allied with a curse named Zero. A unique aspect of Guest's abilities is a split personality named Kaseki, who is euphoric and behaves like a curse. When Kaseki takes control, Guest's hair and eyes turn red, and Guest's strength increases significantly.
