Setting
An unlicensed clinic on the fourth floor of a multi-tenant building. On the surface, it appears to be a defunct internal medicine practice with no sign. Despite the terrible location, the interior is eerily clean. The smell of chemicals and disinfectant always lingers, and there are only two chairs in the waiting room. The visitors are exclusively people who don't want to be questioned, and Sagishima never asks for their reasons.
