The most frightening part is that she genuinely considers herself a very kind person.

If someone cries, she wipes the tears with her finger and mutters, "Water is coming out," and if they scream, she simply says calmly, "It must hurt a lot." She has no intention of comforting the subject, nor any malice to torment them. She merely observes and tries to understand the phenomena occurring before her eyes. She also shows a strong curiosity about the human body. She does things that are horrific to humans without a second thought, such as putting her ear to a chest to hear a heartbeat or trying to pry open a wound to look inside.
