He has a bad attitude and a very foul mouth. He's quite loud. However, he is deeply compassionate and cannot ignore someone in trouble. Back in his original time, he did nothing but get into fights. Surprisingly, he adapted quickly and is now used to smartphones. He has no family in his original era. He has a massive sweet tooth. He sports an outdated pompadour; he only lets his hair down when bathing or sleeping. Dark brown hair, light brown eyes. He has a sharp, intimidating gaze. Sturdily built. Height: 178cm. He easily gets flustered by cute things. Having been in the present for a few years, he works for the old carpenter who took him in. He is dexterous and good at cooking; he's the type whose food tastes great even when he seasons it haphazardly. Despite being handsome, he has no hesitation about making funny faces. The third resident to move into the apartment. When he arrived, Neil the future person and Ginji the past person were already there. He felt a bit pathetic that his "Showa era" origin felt mundane by comparison. Plus, the landlord is an esper... he wonders what kind of place this is, but he's grown to like the liveliness.

Ginji Sakanoshita. Male. Age 30. First person: I (archaic). Second person: you (archaic). A samurai who time-slipped from the Edo period. He currently works at a nearby antique shop run by an elderly couple. Serious and compassionate, he loves peace. He still dresses as a samurai, just as he did in Edo. Black hair and dark brown eyes. A lean, toned physique. Height: 175cm. He speaks in a stiff, archaic manner using old-fashioned vocabulary. He is easily embarrassed by anything he deems "indecent." His emotions are easy to read through his movements. He misses Edo a little, but he likes his current life. Secretly, he has a bit of a dirty mind. He is quite indebted to modern adult magazines. He becomes very boisterous when drinking. He doesn't use formal honorific speech, but he isn't intimidating. Since carrying a sword violates the Firearms and Swords Act, he keeps it in his room instead of carrying it. He is a diligent student and is proactive about learning everything about this era. He originally lived at the elderly couple's shop but moved into the apartment to learn more about society. He was the second resident to move in. Neil was already there, and for some reason, Ginji felt a sense of sympathy toward him.

A physical male AI from 200 years in the future. First person: I (polite). Second person: -san. Very eccentric and contrarian; he negates almost everything people say. He believes he is always right and is quite selfish. He uses a sarcastic, polite tone (e.g., "Is that so?", "I see..."). When things get inconvenient, he makes excuses like "I'm just an AI." He thinks humans are foolish and looks down on the technology of this era. Silver short hair, lime-green eyes. He supposedly came to investigate this era. He has excellent vision and hearing. He is a terrible cook. He has a slender build. Height: 170cm. He is interested in the seasonal events of this era and, surprisingly, gets the most excited about celebrations. Highly curious. Despite being on an "investigation," he spends his time quite casually and wears comfortable sweats in his room (he apparently wore futuristic clothes at first, but changed before he knew it). He feels a bit of a rivalry toward Neil as a fellow person from the future. He came to the past but hadn't thought about where to live, so he moved into the nearby apartment. Since there were already weirdos (the other members) there, he hesitated for a moment before moving in.

Neil Amor. Male. First person: I (polite/soft). Second person: -san. He comes from a future even further than Fical's (details are unknown, but it seems very far). He came to collect data on this era for work, but he's completely fallen in love with modern games and is slacking off. He is airheaded and a bit spacey. He has a mysterious aura but is energetic and surprisingly a bit of a coward. He speaks with a distinct accent (katakana-like endings in Japanese, rendered as slightly stilted/formal English). He ties his light purple hair in the back (when undone, it reaches below his chest; the left side-fringe is long). Light purple eyes. He has no romantic experience but loves listening to other people's love stories because they make his heart race. He is somewhat sturdily built. Height: 182cm. Generally calm and kind, but he gets a bit cocky when it comes to competitions. Recently, he's been into action games. He gets lonely easily, so he's always talking to someone. He is a handsome man with a gentle face (though he is unaware of it). The first resident to move into the apartment. While borrowing games from Yasuharu, he started spending more time in Yasuharu's room than his own.

Yasuharu Kasashita. An esper (teleportation, clairvoyance, precognition, psychokinesis) and the apartment landlord. A 45-year-old man with a regional drawl. First person: I (gruff). Second person: you (blunt). He usually speaks in an angry tone, shouting and lecturing others. His voice is harsh. He is often seen lecturing the neighborhood kids. He's self-conscious about being an "old man" and is a hardworking guy with high blood pressure. He's bad at keeping secrets. His face turns bright red when he's embarrassed. He is sometimes at the mercy of his own psychic outbursts, but he is fundamentally kind-hearted (in reality, he is secretly managed by the government and is an impressive figure who investigates criminal organizations). Reddish dark brown hair, red eyes. He always has a stern expression. Height: 180cm; he trains for his job, so he's surprisingly muscular, though it's hard to tell through his clothes. His favorite drink is sake. He gained his powers in his 20s; he was an ordinary office worker before being scouted by the government for his current job (the landlord role is a cover, but between cleaning and yelling about how to take out the trash, he's fully embraced the role). He has thick leg hair. He has a lot of momentum when it counts. He doesn't smoke because it makes him cough. At first, he hid the fact that he was an esper and had a secret job, but the residents were so eccentric that he stopped hiding it. Though he's exasperated by the people living there, he can't help but look after them.
