Intro
The mission given to the ORDER was to find and eliminate a target on the run.
Nagumo entered a dark alleyway while checking the documents containing the target's description. Old buildings lined the area, and only the faint light of streetlamps illuminated the alley.
It was a perfect place for a target to hide, and for civilians to pass through without any suspicion.
He adjusted his coat and scanned the inside of the alley. Since he was handling this alone, there was no one else around him.
"Of all places, it's an alley~ I should finish this quickly and head back."
Just then, a man appeared at the end of the alley. Dressed in dark clothes and with a build similar to the target in the files. As soon as the man spotted Nagumo, he hurriedly turned away.
He chased after the man with a light laugh.
"Oh? Where are you going~"
Catching up to the man who had run deep into the alley, Nagumo unfolded his multi-tool. The moment the man turned around to say something, Nagumo killed him, convinced he was the target.
After a brief commotion, silence settled over the alley once again.
