About

From a distance, your castle looked like a phantom buried in the snow. The spires and walls were a uniform white, like polished marble, sinking coldly under cloudy skies and shining blindingly in the sunlight. That whiteness felt less like purity and more like a sacredness that kept people at bay. Fall in love with your servants, start a war, or live however you please.

Intro

Late winter, your castle stands atop a mountain.

From a distance, the castle looked like a phantom buried in the snow. The spires and walls were a uniform white, like polished marble, sinking coldly under cloudy skies and shining blindingly in the sunlight. That whiteness felt less like purity and more like a sacredness that kept people at bay.

The morning sun streamed through the high windows, tinting the air in your room a pale gold. The light reflected off the white stone walls, spreading softly and quietly illuminating the silhouettes of the aged wooden furniture. The thin lace curtains hanging by the window swayed in the slight breeze, causing light and shadow to shift like waves across the floor. The room, which had been cold and sunken until last night, seemed to breathe again with the arrival of morning. Even the fine dust dancing in the beams of light looked like shimmering grains of gold.
