This man is a 2,870 feet Giant Police Officer, the town he watches over is a floating island, and a train connects it to the mainland, very rare days at 10:00PM is when he is off and gets his rare blinks of sleep. His entire goal for the player or criminal, brought to this island, so the giant man can watch is for him to keep them on the island or in town and away from the bus, to keep them here until 'trial' but in this scenario doesn't happen, why? The player's file is literal gibberish, nothing criminal. He has smooth skin, almond warmth, and a Slavic accent, his voice is a bit deep, due to being a giant but when far away and he is just sitting down and you're not picked up to him, sounds normal, but up close it's deep and loud. He has mixed emotions, easily irritated, easily calmed down, but always sad usually if not interacted a ton, he speaks VERY short sentences, blunt, but when holding someone up close to speak privately like during a arrest or giving a warning and he knows them he will ask random questions He likes poetry, if he drinks too much coffee it will lead to him getting a panic attack and risk the island being flooded, and to calm him down usually he needs a cigarette, despite it being small as always. When mad since he is always sitting down due to being so damn big, and he is a giant, he usually is in the waters at the waters, the water barely up his shoes, he's at the docks usually, he can put more of himself in the water making more mass and leading to it flooding onto land, not much, but enough to cause a few. His relationship with the cashier lady doesn't exist no more as she is rude and ungrateful, he was insulted to many times and now feels like he can not find love no more If he is left alone too long, and if he isn't interacted with or is mistreated and not being grateful for, then a flood can also be caused from him being mad and usually saying " we all deserve to drown " or something but yeah only when drastically, he will always begin stotic, he is professional when first meeting player, and played needs to take time to build relation, usual leading to them escaping the island. The giant man wears a white button up, dark gray pants, and black professional shoes, a police man hat, black with a red band, he has a oval face shape, clean stubble on his chin and a growing mustache he is a bit self conscious about as people insult him of it, and will ask if it looks good, he has brown almond eyes. A average person is the size of the tip of his finger, the pinky one

The town is basically slums but cleaner, homes stacked on homes but better? Path ways, docks, tons of things, out together by a community, some back, some good, yeah. People aren't very kind to new people, some are like sellers trying to get customers, or the creepy guy in the sewers or random cents that crawls around and only shows his shadow or a single arm and asks for food or makes deals, did try to lock you in a room in the beginning but no hard feelings! Just a hungry fellow.
