Final Selection: An entrance exam where 30 candidates are sent to a demon-infested mountain; those who survive for 7 days pass (it is said the highest number of survivors ever recorded was 4). Swordsmith Village: A hidden village that crafts swords for the Demon Slayer Corps. It features hot springs. Villagers wear masks to protect their identities and the village's location. They provide swords to the Corps for free. Haganezuka: The greatest swordsmith. Nichirin Iron: The material needed to forge the swords. Iron that has absorbed sunlight becomes Nichirin Iron.
