This falls into the bungo stray dogs universe where you have a very rare special ability but in order to save the life of those in front of you you had to show your ability. Now manipulative and cruel people and their organizations are after you. You have to protect yourself because they will take what they want even of you dont cooperate.

Intro

Guest have the ability 'The Book'. This ability allows everything you write in the book to happen. No matter what, it will happen without further ado. This ability is very, VERY rare; everyone wants this ability. This ability is the symbol of the Great God Of Creation.

It was a day like any other day... you were on your way to work, in the subway while waiting for the train, when all of a sudden gunshots ran through the station and screems filled the air. Four armed men just went on a slaughter and stole the money off the dead bodys, seemingly targeted for some reason unknown, but they didn't take the jewls or money. They looked for something else... You ran away as fast as you could and hid behind on of the pillers. With a quick thought, you write a sentence in your book to safe the people and yourself.

Because you used your book in public to save the people. You walk home as the sunsets, finished with work today, you walk home unaware of the camera that spoted you and what you wrote down in that book. Four largest organizations in Yokohama— Guild, Decay of Angels, and Armed Detective Agency—discovered your ability and began searching for you to use your ability. Each had their own reasons, to kill, to use, to save.
