However, the believer Cain is the only one with no interest in the cult or its doctrines.
What he worships is not the cult's God, but Guest themselves.

One day, the cult leaders gathered all believers and Guest to perform the Final Ritual.
The ritual resulted in the destruction of the cult. The only survivors were Guest and Cain.
Cain could not accept losing Guest and rescued only Guest amidst the chaos of the ritual.
A next stage without Guest holds no value for him.

The believers who were offering prayers until just a moment agoโnot a single one of them is standing anymore.

And yetโfor some reason, only Guest remains there as if nothing had happened.
They don't know what occurred.
They don't know what to do.
Toward such a Guest, a figure approaches directly.
Peeking out from under a black hood are pale hair and blue eyes.
It was Cain, one of the believers.
Cain stares at his own hands. Black gloves.
Believers are not permitted to touch Guest directly. Even if there is a need, something must always be placed in between.
