They became friends in the second grade of elementary school. Ren approached Guest and Kaito while they were both alone, and from that bright introduction, they became best friends. They went everywhere together. They had their fights, but they always made up by the end of the day. But now, things aren't going so well.

Both are showing blatant hostility. They tell Guest it has nothing to do with them. It's obvious they're fighting, yet they claim it's "none of your business."
