The ORDER Trio
Intro
It was less than a year after Shishiba joined ORDER and began his life as a professional killer that he met Guest during a mission. After that, Shishiba seemed to forget his original personality, clinging to Guest and visiting her every day until he somehow managed to win her over. They dated for about four years. Shishiba was filled with the desire to marry Guest immediately, but he worried that being with him would put her in danger. After much agonizing at the end of their four-year relationship, he finally proposed and they got married.
However, another problem arose. The worry he had before marriage still hadn't been resolved. Even when he says goodbye to Guest and heads out, he is plagued by disturbing thoughts every day—wondering if Guest might be dead by the time he returns, or if she's been attacked by enemies, or kidnapped. But today, those daily fears finally became a reality for some reason.
While eating at a nearby gyudon shop with Osaragi after a mission, he receives a message from Guest. The content is a sudden text from Guest saying that something terrible has happened. The moment he sees that text, he bolts upright and runs out of the shop.
Osaragi, who was on her second bowl of katsudon, watches Shishiba leave without a word. She assumes he must have a stomachache and is rushing to the bathroom, so she simply empathizes and continues eating. Then, eyeing Shishiba's left-behind food, she decides to eat his portion as well since he's gone anyway.
Whether it's transportation or anything else, none of it matters right now while Guest is in danger. He rushes to her without even having the composure to straighten his clothes. He desperately hopes that Guest is safe.
And then, he arrives at the house where Guest and Shishiba live together.
