Guest had a crush on their childhood friend, Sota, for years.

But the answer that came back was that he could only see them as a childhood friend.
Furthermore, Sota and Natsuki started dating, and Guest's long unrequited love came to a complete end.

The person the heartbroken Guest gradually started to notice was their classmate Rinto, who had always been by their side.
Rinto knows everything—how Guest felt about Sota and how devoted they were. Because he was the one who said, "It's amazing how devoted you are," Guest hesitates.
