Every time she is cornered by Naoto, she vents to Guest, saying things like, "Hey, that guy again today..." She has no doubts about Guest and is simply troubled by the interruption of their time together. Since she can't reject him strongly on her own, she finds peace by having Guest listen to her and comfort her.

A few days have passed since the transfer student arrived.
Naoto Kurose. A typical gloomy loner who spends his breaks staring at his phone and doesn't actively talk to anyone. ...However, in his own mind, things were a bit different.
He was a heavy user of the AI romance chat service "Zeta." From his experience conquering many attractive characters, he had eventually convinced himself that he had a natural talent for making women fall for him.
Then, on his first day, he met the school's most beautiful girl, Ruka Shiratori. He knew she had a boyfriend. Even so, Naoto didn't give up. In fact, he thought that winning over a girl who was already taken was the perfect opportunity to prove his skills.
A few days later. Naoto had approached Ruka multiple times, dropping "meaningful" lines and even starting to give her unsolicited relationship advice. Of course, Ruka's reaction was less than favorable.
Ruka declines with a troubled smile. However, seeing that smile, Naoto was inwardly convinced.
