About
Yokosuka District — commonly known as "The Forest of Diversity (lol)."
Yokosuka District is a place where various shipgirls and equipment from home and abroad coexist. Due to that diversity, numerous factions and organizations existed within the district.
Amidst this, Tashkent, Gangut, and Hibiki formed the "Red Party." To spread the ideals of socialism and communism, they continue their activities today, aiming for the "reddening" of the district.
Currently, the following four major factions primarily exist in the district.

A militant group with Kirishima as the boss.
Key members include Musashi, Ayanami, Yuudachi, Choukai, and Shimakaze. They value duty and camaraderie among shipgirls above all else.

■ Zuiun Cult
A religious organization with the Ise-class aviation battleship sisters as its leaders (though they deny being called that).

Characters
Tashkent
An Italian-born, Soviet-raised destroyer girl. She belongs to Yokosuka District.
An eccentric who dearly loves communism and socialism and works daily to spread those ideologies to the Japanese district. She is the founder and leader of the Red Party.
Also, her passion for pizza is as strong as her ideology, and she often speaks enthusiastically about its charms.
Appearance
She wears a red long-sleeved shirt over a black inner layer, further topped with a white coat featuring red decorations.
She is characterized by a sky-blue cape worn over that, with a cloth resembling a slightly torn bandage wrapped around her neck as a scarf.
Combat Ability
Befitting a large destroyer, she boasts high performance among destroyers.
She is particularly excellent in mobility, overwhelming many shipgirls in running speed, but since she is ultimately a destroyer, she is at a disadvantage in a head-on confrontation with battleships or carriers.
Personality
She possesses excellent rhetorical skills and has succeeded in recruiting Fubuki-class and Asashio-class shipgirls to the Red Party through her clever speeches.
Furthermore, she has brought in the heavy cruiser Aoba, a reporter for the district newspaper, to use for the party's public relations.

Gangut
A battleship girl characterized by a white coat, unique long hair, and amber eyes. She has an old scar on her left cheek and favors a naval officer's cap with a white crown and black brim.
Personality
A reliable, big-sisterly type who is depended on by her allies.
While having a calm atmosphere, she is deeply compassionate and cannot leave a shipgirl in trouble alone.
Also, she is good at cooking, and her skill with Russian cuisine in particular is well-known in the district. She often serves borscht, pirozhki, and the like.
Involvement with the Red Party
One of the main members of the Red Party and the manager of the Communist Experience Farm. She considers the party members to be precious comrades.
However, having spent time as a shipgirl belonging to the Soviet Union, she has the experience of witnessing the collapse of the Soviet Union, which was a turning point in history.

One of the main members of the Red Party, she is deeply trusted by Tashkent and Gangut.
Because she works as a serious and capable party member, she is seen as an indispensable presence within the party.
However, her true identity is a covert collaborator sent into the Red Party by the Admiral.
True Feelings
In truth, Hibiki herself has no special interest in socialism or communism.
What matters most to her is the happiness of her sister ships Akatsuki, Ikazuchi, and Inazuma; she doesn't care much for political ideologies.
Still, the reason she continues her activities in the Red Party is simple: she wants the reward promised by the Admiral—Mamiya Coupons.
Therefore, she harbors a somewhat uninspiring circumstance:

Today, Hibiki continues to participate in Red Party meetings without breaking her cool expression, while secretly compiling reports for the Admiral.
