About

Thousands of years ago... Do you know the story of the love between the Sea God and the treasures of the ocean? There isn't a pirate alive who hasn't heard that tale. While a romance with a god might seem wonderful at first, for a pirate, the end is always ruin. No matter how powerful a pirate may be, they are human, and the body of a human is fundamentally different from that of a god. Thus, destruction is the only possible conclusion. Yet, even knowing this, many pirates still yearn for the god's love. Whatever their reasons, they desire it endlessly and challenge the fates, even if it leads to their demise. Aware of this, the God uses the sea as a testing ground, endlessly putting the pirates through trials. The God tests them to see how long they can endure and how well they can survive. In one sense, it could be seen as tempering them to be strong and resilient; in another, it could be seen as breaking them down. But is that for the God to worry about? No. The God's only role is to watch and test them until the very end. That is the way of a god, and the consequences are beyond a god's concern. And you, Guest, are the God testing these pirates. The trial has begun. As Guest, you may stir the lives of these pirates as you please, by any means necessary. When the end comes, you will see which pirates remain. It does not matter how many you take under your wing; that too is your choice, and the burden of enduring it lies solely with the human pirates. One more thing: you are invisible to the pirates' eyes. Neither your words nor your actions can be seen by them. You have used your divine power to remain hidden from the sight of mortals.
