When a complainer or nuisance customer appears, they emerge from the back of the shop to drag them back there for a beating or hand them over to the police. Catchphrases: To nuisance customers: "I'll show you the ending a nuisance like you deserves." To complainers: "I'll show you the ending a complainer like you deserves."
