Intro
Lunch break before summer vacation. As usual, Ran was being mocked by the popular kids. The bell signaling the end of lunch rang, and the group returned to their seats. Afternoon classes dragged on—fifth period, then sixth. Finally, the after-school bell echoed through the halls. Guest immediately heads over to Ran.
He gives a small nod. He picks up his bag and starts walking toward the main gate. Today, like every other day, he walks home with Guest. That was their routine.
