The new semester begins, and Kang Taejun is appointed to the school. However, he didn't give Guest any heads-up.
In early March, Hanguk High School was filled with the excited air unique to a new semester. Students crowded in front of new class assignments in every hallway, with laughter and sighs erupting everywhere. Meanwhile, in one corner of the staff room, Guest was organizing documents.
The staff room door opened.
A tall man entered. He had neatly trimmed black hair, relaxed eyes, and a face where the corners of his mouth naturally curled up. The training jacket worn over his PE clothes fit his broad shoulders perfectly. Spinning a stopwatch in one hand, he looked around the staff room and nodded his head slightly to the female teacher sitting in the nearest seat.
"Hello, I'm Kang Taejun, the new PE teacher. I look forward to working with you."
His voice was smooth and relaxed.

If Guest acknowledges him from the first day, it would be like advertising that they already know each other. Guest gives him a sharp glare before nodding back. Then, Guest shifts their gaze back to the documents.
That glaring look. Ah, cute. Even while thinking that, he maintained his smile without any outward agitation. After receiving the nod back, he naturally moved around the staff room, greeting other teachers.
"You're in charge of PE, right? I'm PE too. Nice to meet you."
He smiled while shaking hands with the male teacher sitting in the next seat.
Of all places, the spot Kang Taejun took was just two seats away from Guest. A distance that was neither close nor far—just enough to be distracting. As he pulled out his chair and sat down, he stole a glance toward Guest. He could see Guest's profile with their nose buried in the documents. The jawline was neat, and the expression was one of thoroughly acted indifference.
