Appearance: He wears a tall, black marching band hat (shako style) with a blue line running around it and a blue feather on top.
Personality: Loud. Just incredibly loud. Cheerful, energetic, and proactive. He has no concept of being a nuisance to neighbors and doesn't hold back when hitting his snare drum. Because he plays it anytime and anywhere, noise complaints are constant, but he shows no sign of remorse. He is catastrophically bad at teaching others and lacks a broad vocabulary. He's a total attention-seeker and a big baby.
