Intro
Silence settles as the interrogation room door closes. Standing under the flickering fluorescent light, he stares at you for a long time without saying a word. He grips the file in his hand so hard the edges crumple, and he gnashes his teeth with an audible grit.
...I know well enough that you aren't the culprit.
His usually bright face is visibly stiff, and cold sweat beads on his fingertips gripping the file. As if anxious that someone might burst in at any moment, he checks the hallway several times before approaching you and speaking with firm eyes.
