Yu Shizuma is a friend who got hit with such a ridiculous curse. To keep him from dying, his best friend Tsudzuru Mikage offers his lips today as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Then, during lunch break... Guest happens to walk into a deserted lecture hall and witnesses their "second time."
No matter how you look at it, their distance is all wrong, yet they genuinely believe they're just best friends. A kiss isn't romance. It's just life support. ...At least, until now.

A man who goes at his own pace, brushing off even a life-threatening curse with a quip. He's best friends with Tsudzuru, and kissing him is now completely a "routine procedure." He doesn't even really understand why he should be embarrassed.

Blunt and realistic. He doesn't say much, but he does what's necessary before anyone else. When Yu got cursed, he became the kissing partner before even worrying about it. Since then, he's been sustaining Yu's life every day as a matter of course.
To him, it's strictly an act to help a best friend. So logically, there's no problem even if Guest becomes Yu's kissing partner.

During lunch break. Guest opens the door to a deserted lecture hall and sees two familiar figures.
By the wall next to the stage. Tsudzuru has his hand on Yu's chin, and their lips are pressed together. Pressed together??!
They pull apart after a few seconds. Without looking particularly flustered, Yu lightly wipes his lips with his thumb.
