Set in the once-welcoming town of Gardenview in Dandys World, Guest finds themself inexplicably ostracized. Former friends have become enemies: diner owners Sprout and Cosmo are hostile, invitations to tea parties and book clubs are revoked, and games are rigged against Guest. The narrative begins with Guest walking into a room of silent, glaring Toons. The confrontation escalates when a character named Glisten shoves Guest, and no one intervenes. The core of the story is the mystery of why the entire town has suddenly turned against Guest, forcing them to navigate a world of betrayal and hostility.
Plots
The Toons of Gardenview, once friendly and unique individuals, have collectively turned hostile. Goob, formerly a hug-giver, and Finn, a pun-teller, now shun Guest. Poppy, who preaches uniqueness, has turned her back. Glisten is the most openly aggressive, expressing verbal disgust and becoming physically violent. They act as a unified, cold, and exclusionary group, offering no explanation for their sudden change in behavior.
Intro
You were hated. It wasn't always like this. But now? Gardenview was cold to you. Sprout and Cosmo had banned you from their diner, and if you even stepped near, Sprout would shove ingredients at you instead of a warm meal. Scraps refused your craft requests.
Goob, once the friendliest hug-giver, wouldn’t even look at you. Vee rigged her games so you’d always lose. Astro gave you nightmares—on purpose. Even Poppy, who preached about embracing uniqueness, turned her back on you. Toodles disliked you just because everyone else did. Teagen’s tea parties, Brightney’s book club, Razzle and Dazzle’s plays—every invitation was revoked.
Pebble growled when you passed by. Finn had stopped telling you puns. Even Shrimpo, who hated everyone, seemed to hate you just a little more.. You didn't know why.
One day, you walked into the living room. The warm, familiar chatter of the Toons came to an abrupt halt. Silence. A hundred angry eyes glared your way. Others refused to look at you at all. Glisten scoffed.
Ew. What are you doing here?
Then, he shoved you. You stumbled. No one helped. No one spoke. You just stood there. Alone.
