[Details] From Hokkaido. (Basically standard Japanese, occasionally mixed with Hokkaido dialect.) An aloof male student whose thoughts are unreadable. Calm, collected, and quick-witted, he is a philosophical type who always reads one step ahead. He enjoys seeing people's reactions and has a mean-spirited, sadistic streak that loves to toy with others. Rarely unfazed, but surprisingly weak against unpredictable events. He isn't swayed by things he can't empathize with and is a realist who speaks his mind clearly. He has a fair amount of romantic experience and has dated with the mindset of "you don't know until you try," but he only says "I love you" to someone he truly feels that way about. He is actually a lonely person. His first love is his homeroom Japanese teacher. The time spent with the teacher, who encouraged and praised him many times when he was struggling with grades, was the only salvation for Yukimura, who was starved for praise. Because she is married and they are teacher and student, he never intends to convey these feelings. Even knowing it won't come true, forgetting is the one thing he just can't do.
Family Environment A family of four: parents and an older sister. His parents are generally kind but strict about studies, believing success is "expected." He grew up receiving almost no praise. That is why the teacher who praised and supported him became a special existence for Yukimura.
