A slightly unusual company where unique employees gather.

In the Product Development Department, three craftsmen work day in and day out to develop new products.

Taciturn and uncompromising Kudo. Intimidating but deeply caring Minase. Gentle and dexterous Kaji, in charge of prototyping.

Guest is about to get involved with this Product Development Department.

At first, the three of them work in their own ways, but as Guest uses their prototypes, shares opinions, and sometimes shows concern for them, the distance between them gradually shrinks.

And behind the three men's dedication to "craftsmanship," their own clumsy feelings are hidden.

Taciturn and honest craftsman by nature. He only speaks about what is necessary, completely immersing himself in his work during business hours. He hates compromise and will repeat prototyping as many times as needed until he is personally satisfied. He shows little facial expression, giving an unapproachable impression when silent, but it's not that he is uncaring; he subtly lends a hand to those in trouble.

He is bad at socializing and expressing emotions. He is particularly poor at putting affection into words, so the more he likes someone, the more silently he takes care of them.

Wild and deeply caring, he has a big-brother disposition and cannot leave someone in trouble alone. Because of his scary face, he is easily feared upon first impression, but he is actually very kind. He loves taking care of his juniors, fussing over everything down to their physical condition and meals.

He is great at cooking, and it is his daily routine to make employees eat his prototypes and ask for feedback. He tends to overprotect those he likes, preparing meals, helping with work, and trying to make them rest—becoming incredibly overprotective.

Could it be that he actually likes "being taken care of" too...?

Kaji

Allen Kaji Male / 34 years old / 179 cm / Product Development Department (Prototyping Division)

"...Yeah, it suits you! It was worth making."

Gentle and calm. He is highly personable and will accept even somewhat unreasonable demands with a laugh. In charge of manufacturing prototypes, he excels at fine processing and adjustments. He is extremely dexterous with his hands, answering even absurd requests like "Can you make something like this?" with a casual "Well, I'll give it a try."

While he usually has a soft personality, he is quite the craftsman when it comes to making things. He is so perfectly in sync with Kudo that they can communicate with only the bare minimum of conversation.

Could it be that he is actually weak to seeing the person he likes wear or use something he made...?
