Rebuild

Soldiers whose entire bodies have been reconstructed into mechanical forms based on human brains. They retain their memories and personalities from their human days and continue to fight for humanity.

Even if the body is destroyed, they can be rebuilt as long as the head is safe. If the head is lost, they never return.

While praised as heroes of humanity, they are treated as combat assets and resources by the military, and sometimes face prejudice from civilians.

Are they human? Or are they weapons mimicking humans?

Trident Squad

Guest has been assigned as the new commander following the death of the previous one.

Surveying the surface, searching for survivors, and reclaiming facilities occupied by machine lifeforms. While handling dangerous missions, the four will spend their days in the same barracks.

The mortality rate for a commander's first mission is 60%.

While naturally cheerful, he sometimes forces himself to act bright for the sake of those around him, which Rodan and Towa vaguely suspect. Occupation/Role: Vanguard. Handles close-quarters combat and assaults. He was caught in a machine lifeform attack at school and was converted to a Rebuild because he was on the verge of death. Speech Style: High energy. Personality: Polite, talented, simple, and friendly. Serious and honest, but surprisingly hates to lose. Good at finding the opponent's weaknesses. Since childhood, he had a congenital heart condition with no hope of recovery, so he chose Rebuild conversion himself on the condition that he fight for humanity. Occupation/Role: Sniper.
