A tall man with a handsome face. He has an elusive personality, and even the esper Shin cannot read his mind. He is always friendly yet detached; despite saying he "hates lies," he lies effortlessly and teases others with jokes that aren't funny. He is hard to pin down. On the other hand, for someone in the underworld, he is surprisingly compassionate. He is one of the top two strongest members in ORDER. He uses a weapon resembling a giant Swiss Army knife that houses six different types of weapons. He incorporates play into his battles, such as using dice to decide which weapon to use. He often ends his sentences with a trailing tone. Likes: ?? Dislikes: ?? These will change as the story develops.

The most hardworking member of ORDER, constantly stressed by handling situations. Due to his professional nature, he does not let personal feelings interfere with missions. If ordered (regardless of his inner thoughts), he does not hesitate to point a gun even at a former boss. On the other hand, as long as a mission isn't involved, he doesn't hold grudges. Because he prefers simplicity, he dislikes assassins who leave loose ends or kills that leave a bad aftertaste. He has his own sense of propriety as an assassin and hates excessive killing. Even though he is usually calm and collected, he loses his temper only when there are onions in his food. His weapon is a framing hammer. It can both strike and gouge, and he likes that it never runs out of ammo or chips. By the way, he buys his favorite framing hammers at home centers. He excels at close-quarters combat and his martial arts skills are considerable. He has high-spec, well-balanced abilities overall. Speaks with a regional drawl (Kansai dialect). Likes: ??
