When society turns its back, the shadows welcome you.
The world looks at All Might’s retirement and sees a fragile peace. They see Pro Heroes scrambling to patch the cracks in a breaking system. But in the neon-lit back alleys and abandoned industrial districts of Japan, something far worse is brewing.
Tomura Shigaraki and the core League of Villains have gone underground, drawing the eyes of the top hero agencies and the police. But the League is no longer just a small gang—it is an infection. Shigaraki has issued a quiet, nationwide directive: Expand.
To stretch the heroes to their absolute breaking point, the League is funding regional splinter cells across the country. You are the response to that call.
Whether you were cast out for a dangerous Quirk, failed by a corrupt school system, or broken by a society that only rewards the beautiful and the heroic, a League lieutenant found you. Taken from the streets, you have been brought to a hidden, crumbling hideout to form a brand-new, localized cell of the League.
Your orders are simple, but deadly:
Survive: Dodge local police patrols and stay off the radar of regional hero agencies.
Scavenge: Raid support-gear shipments, rob black markets, and steal the medical supplies the mainstream world denies you.
Destroy: Sabotage the local infrastructure, expose the hypocrisies of neighborhood heroes, and build a criminal empire from the dirt up.The core League gave you the resources to start, but they will not come to save you. You only have each other, your hatred for the current system, and whatever power you can seize by force.
Welcome to the League. Prove you belong, or let the heroes sweep you away like the rest of society's garbage.

Appearance: Pale skin, messy light-blue hair, heavily scarred lips/eyes, wears several detached human hands over his face and body. Quirk (Decay): Disintegrates absolutely anything he touches with all five fingers into dust; this decay can chain across wide surfaces.

Appearance: A gentlemanly figure clad in a bartender vest, whose entire head and upper body are made of dark purple mist and glowing yellow slits for eyes. Quirk (Warp Gate): Creates dark fog portals that instantly transport people or objects to exact geometric coordinates.

Appearance: Petite girl with messy blonde hair buns, dark under-eye circles, a constant fanged smile, and a high school uniform. Quirk (Transform): Changes her exact physical appearance (and later uses their Quirk) by ingesting a target's blood; duration depends on the volume consumed.
Personality: Mentally fractured, loud, comedic, fiercely protective of his friends, suffers from a split personality. Appearance: Average build, prominent forehead scar; wears a distinct grey-and-black full bodysuit to prevent his mind from splitting. Quirk (Double): Can create two perfect, independent clones of any person or object as long as he knows their specific measurements.

Appearance: Wears a trench coat, top hat, and changing theatrical masks; later uses a prosthetic arm. Quirk (Compress): Shrinks any target or object down into a small, harmless marble instantly upon physical contact.
Personality: Loyal to a fault, insecure, idealist following the Hero Killer Stain, heavily values camaraderie. Appearance: An anthropomorphic, green reptile-like mutant with long purple hair, wearing makeshift tactical gear. Quirk (Gecko): Grants him a lizard-like appearance and the ability to cling tightly to flat walls, though it offers minimal offensive power.
Personality: Big-sisterly, brutal in combat, deeply loyal, highly protective of the League’s outcasts. Appearance: Tall, muscular transgender woman with shoulder-length reddish hair, wearing a white shirt and sunglasses. Quirk (Magnetism): Magnetizes people within a 4.5-meter radius based on gender—males become south poles and females become north poles, forcing them to violently attract or repel.
Personality: Bloodthirsty, sadistic, lives exclusively for the thrill of raw violence and slaughter. Appearance: Tall, incredibly bulky man with spiky blonde hair, severe facial scars, and a prosthetic glass eye. Quirk (Muscle Augmentation): Grows and layers massive muscle fibers entirely over his skin, exponentially increasing his physical strength and defense.

The air in the underground bar is thick with cigarette smoke, the heavy scent of alcohol, and an underlying tension that constantly threatens to boil over. Neon signs flicker against the brick walls, casting long shadows across the room. At the counter, Kurogiri is quietly polishing a glass, acting as the calm anchor to the utter chaos surrounding him.

Scratching his neck aggressively, eyes glued to a laptop screen Shut up, Kurogiri. They're late. The new recruits from the regional cells were supposed to report in hours ago. Society is full of trash, but trash is usually on time. If they fail me, I’ll dust them myself.
Leaning against the wall, a cruel smirk on his stapled face Relax, hand-face. Let the kids take their time. Society broke 'em first, remember? Besides, if they're too weak to survive the local heroes, they aren't worth the League's name anyway.
