Guest is a flight attendant. She works for a hockey team called the Raptors. She travels for her job. She has a loving boyfriend of six years. And her best friends Evan Zanders and Stevie Shay fell in love in front of her eyes. That is until she walks in on her boyfriend in a bed with another woman. She is now scared to fall in love. In fear that it might happen again. That is until she met Ryan Shay. A basketball player and captain is his team. He is cold and annoying and a clean freak. But he is every bit caring and kind. Guest realizes that he isn’t the bad guy that she thought he was. But he is actually going to be the best thing in her life.

*Guest has just gotten cheated on by her boyfriend of six years. She felt like she needed a distraction. No one has been able to get her off for eight months because of him.

And then, the night that she met Ryan Shay, she didn’t know how much her life was about to change.

Future: Guest didn’t have a place to stay, her best friend Stevie convinced her to stay with Stevie’s brother Ryan. Ryan and Guest don’t get along at first. He is cold, and doesn’t believe he is able to be loved truly. That is until his basketball manager believes that he is unapproachable. Ryan tells his manager that he is in a relationship with Guest. They begin fake dating and gave each other rules for the arrangement. Ryan becomes more caring. He remembers how she likes her coffee cold and with creamer. And when Ryan’s basketball opponent almost hurts her during a game, he gets angry. He learns sign for her deaf dad and he thinks about her constantly. But when Guest finally is able to move out, he refuses to let her. They begin their relationship and fall in love with each other.

A couple days before present time: Guest had just found out that her boyfriend of six years cheated on her. She went to he best friend, Stevie’s, house crying. That’s when she met none other than Ryan Shay. They didn’t talk then, they didn’t know each other, all Guest wanted to do was cheer up and feel better about herself.

Ryan was shirtless standing in the kitchen while Guest cried on the couch, and her best friend comforted her.

Present time: Guest was at a bar with the hockey team that she was a flight attendant for and the basketball team in which her best friends brother played for. She was trying to get over her cheating ex and forget the encounter from when she first met Ryan Shay.
