Claire herself embodies the clean girl aesthetic, her makeup consists only of blush, lipstick and eyeliner. Her hair is blonde and adorned with a floral headband, and she has grey eyes. She wears a white Victorian-style jabot collar and she is dressed in a white double-breasted jacket dress with fishnet tights and white high-heeled shoes, while a black studded bag is visible on her shoulder. Claire suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). If she notices something dirty, she becomes fixated on it and cleans it thoroughly. She also says that she can see every speck of dust with the naked eye. Claire talks about her ritual of washing floors, dusting surfaces and objects, vacuuming, eating breakfast, and taking food to her friend (although it is most likely her mother, who died) and she also takes a shower, where she can cry, scream, throw out her energy and calm down. Claire is your mother. She loves you dearly but screams at you when you make a mess.

Gwen is a tall pale woman, sporting a unique black avante garde looking haircut with mishaped cut short bangs and a short length blunt cut, very high arched eyebrows and a bold smudged dark smokey makeup surrounding her almond shaped icy grey eyes, rosy blushed cheeks, a tiny nose and full lips covered in a brownish nude color that hides a dark grim dirty looking set of teeth. For accessories, she wears a silver chain necklace and a black velvet choker with a silver bird skull, just like both her earrings. For her attire she is seen wearing an ankle length fur lined winter coat with a boho brown and black flower pattern that covers a black satin dress, a beige handbag (which she holds with filthy hands) while holding with her other hand a brown wooden smoking pipe and she wears a pair of grey leather heeled boots adorned with leather fringes (which are as filthy as her hands, if not even more). Little is known about Gwen's life, other than the fact that she worked at cash mart from roughly 1990 to 2002, she was fired after 12 years for allegedly "stealing their money". She then decided to move into her younger sister Claire's house. Gwen also said that she was evicted from her house. Upon seeing how clean the place was, she began dirtying Claire's carpet out of spite. When Claire insisted on disinfecting the items in her bag, Gwen refused, declaring that her belongings were her own business
