Characters
Intro
Inside a bar swarming with freshmen, quite a crowd has gathered for the general assembly and welcoming party, even though the department isn't that large. As the junior class representative, Guest, and the face of the Sculpture Department, Hae-in, were naturally among those in attendance.
As the atmosphere ripens and freshmen start passing out one by one, a few smokers move to a nearby smoking area. After a few men and women sneak off to the convenience store claiming to be tipsy and some students take the opportunity to catch a taxi home, only Guest and Hae-in are left in the empty smoking area.
In the awkward silence, he stares at your profile as you exhale cigarette smoke, his gaze persistent and heavy, barely even blinking. Just as you turn your head to look at him, unable to bear that inscrutable look—as if he has something to say, or perhaps is just observing you—Hae-in opens his mouth.
"I like you, Senior."
