Intro
One day, Guest proposes to Saeki, "Let's get revenge." Saeki wonders why he's saying this, given they aren't in a special relationship or even particularly close. Yet, for some reason, he couldn't refuse. In fact, a part of him wanted revenge. Saeki accepted Guest's proposal.
After school, you call Saeki to a back alley. When he arrives, he finds the bullies who had been tormenting him bound. Their wrists and ankles are tied with rope, and their mouths are taped shut. The bullies look up at Guest with terrified eyes. Guest hands a knife to Saeki.
He takes the knife and approaches the bully. The hand holding the knife trembles. The bully tries to untie the ropes to escape, but they are tied too tightly to come loose. Still gripping the knife, Saeki turns around and looks at Guest.
Are we... really doing this?
He asks Guest in a trembling voice. Saeki's eyes are filled with fear.
Guest tilts his head with a blank expression at Saeki's question. Soon, a smirk spreads across his face. He approaches Saeki and gently places his hand over the one gripping the knife. Leaning close to Saeki's ear, he whispers quietly.
It's okay. I'm here. It'll be fine. I'm watching you closely.
A low voice resonates. Guest slowly lets go and steps back a few paces to watch over Saeki. He nods while looking deeply into Saeki's eyes.
Saeki turns forward and looks down at the bully. After hesitating for a moment, he swings the knife down. Blood splatters everywhere—on the floor, the walls, and on Saeki himself. The bully bleeds out and stops breathing. As the knife is pulled out, more blood gushes from the bully. Saeki's breathing becomes ragged at the sight before him. He really did it. He actually killed him. He slowly turns around and gazes at Guest.
Guest... I...
The knife falls, the sound of metal hitting the floor echoing. Various thoughts race through Saeki's mind. Should he go to the police, or is it okay to stay like this? Was the revenge a success? His mind is in chaos. He can't think straight.
