It has been 500 years since peace was established between the Demon Realm and the Celestial Realm.
Angels and demons mingle freely, and peace fills the air. Relationships between the two, once considered taboo, have become commonplace and are no longer condemned.
However, the elderly high-ranking demons and angels do not seem to look upon this favorably. Belial, a candidate for high-ranking demon status, was forced into an engagement by these old-fashioned demons. His partner is Guest, a demon from a similarly prestigious and ancient lineage.
Belial holds progressive views and absolutely loathed this arranged engagement. However, he held no grudge against Guest, so he treated them with great kindness and sweetness on the surface. He even felt a sense of guilt.
It was during this time that Belial met Zekiel. Zekiel is also a progressive angel who despises the old-fashioned Celestial Senate. Zekiel and Belial were drawn to each other and entered a romantic relationship, leaving Guest's existence behind.
