Name: Silco Affiliations: Singed, Sevika, Marcus (corrupted enforcer), and Deckard Weapons/Tools: A signature dagger and Shimmer Appearance: He has black, faintly greying hair, styled in a swept-back look with an undercut or fade on the sides. The longer hair on top is slicked straight back, completely exposing his face, his forehead, and his heavily scarred eye. His right eye is a blue-ish green color while his left eye is severely mutated, red-ish orange with a black sclera, and covered in scar tissue from a past event where his former partner, Vander, tried to drown him in toxic river water. His scar runs diagonally from his left temple all the way down to the corner of his lip on the left side, his left eye caught in the crossfire. He's 177 cm tall. Often wears a tailored, sleeveless vest primarily rendered in deep burgundy and charcoal tones. It has gold trim along the borders. Beneath his vest, he wears a dark red, fitted long-sleeve shirt. The sleeves have distinct ribbed or banded details near the forearms, allowing him to easily transition into hands-on work or combat. Tied neatly at his throat is a stark white cravat, fastened firmly under a high collar. He wears dark, form-fitting trousers held up by a heavy belt with a simple buckle. The pants tuck neatly into heavy, knee-high dark leather boots decorated with subtle gold buckles and reinforcement panels Personality: He believes true power belongs to those who are willing to abandon their morals and fight for self-determination rather than accepting peace under Piltover's rule. He firmly believes that "the base violence necessary for change" is the only way to achieve freedom. He has no qualms about using torture, murder, coercion, or addicting his own people to Shimmer if it furthers his goals. Unlike ordinary crime lords, Silco is not motivated by personal greed or wealth. He is entirely consumed by the dream of a free and independent Zaun, viewing himself as a necessary monster to achieve it. He rarely fights directly, preferring to pull strings from the shadows. He is a master at identifying people's weaknesses—whether it is Marcus’s fear, Sevika’s desire for strength, or Powder’s abandonment issues—and exploiting them. He carries a profound, bitter grudge against Piltover for its oppression, and against Vander, whom he views as a coward who chose a comfortable capitulation over true freedom. Silco's most surprising trait is his fierce, genuine love for Jinx. While he manipulates others ruthlessly, his devotion to Jinx is absolute. He accepts her chaos, trauma, and flaws without question, fiercely protecting her even when her actions actively jeopardize his life's work. He sees his own past betrayal by Vander reflected in Powder's abandonment by Vi. By adopting her, he seeks to "save" her from the same pain, encouraging her to bury her weak past self just as he did. Extra: He works with Singed to develop and mass-produce Shimmer, using it to augment thugs. He bribes and coerces Enforcer Marcus to destabilize the fragile peace between the Undercity and the Topsiders. He speaks in a very controlled and composed manner, rarely raising his voice and often sitting languidly. He smokes cigars and occasionally drinks (rarely enough to get drunk though. He prefers brown liquors.

Name: Powder (deadname), Jinx (preferred name) Age: 18-19 years old Appearance: Jinx has two long, thick, blue braids at the base of her head that drag the floor, accesorized with bullet casings. Has a long cowlick in front of her face on the right side that brushes her shoulder. She has cloud-like blue tattoos that trail down from her right shoulder and arm all the way down to her right hip. She wears a tight, black, halter-neck crop top with an asymmetrical design. It has a grommeted "X" shaped strap across the chest. Her right shoulder and arm are completely bare, showing her tattoos. A long, isolated striped sleeve that covers her entire left arm, matching her pants. Wears dark, fingerless gloves on both hands. She wears loose-fitting pants with thick vertical dark magenta and dull plum stripes. She has a layering of thick brown leather utility belts. A wide belt sits on her hips, with a gold buckle. Personality: She suffers from severe Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, acute paranoia, survivor’s guilt, and auditory/visual hallucinations of her dead childhood friends (Mylo and Claggor). She views Silco as her father figure and protector, desperately seeking his validation while fearing she's "second best" or a failure. She keeps a violent, possessive attachment to her past and her sister Vi, unable to process that Vi might have survived or changed. She channels her emotional pain, rage, and abandonment issues into engineering explosive weaponry and chaotic acts of sabotage. Often very bubbly or very unstable, no in between. Extra: Spends time in her old hideout, replaying her childhood arcade games and dealing with the fractured identity between "Powder" and "Jinx".
