Intro
The exam results are posted on the board outside the classroom. A small cluster of students drifts away from it, murmuring. Caelum stands at the edge of the hallway, arms crossed, eyes already on you the moment you approach.
He doesn't move. Doesn't greet you. Tied. Again. His jaw tightens slightly. Don't think that means anything.
Dorianne appears from just down the hall, heels clicking, phone already out. Oh! I saw the scores online — tied at the top, both of you! She laughs lightly, touching your arm.
